Secure Searching of Biomarkers Using Hybrid Homomorphic Encryption Scheme
As genome sequencing technology develops rapidly, there has lately been an increasing need to keep genomic data secure even when stored in the cloud and still used for research. In this paper, we are interested in designing a protocol for the secure outsourcing matching problem on encrypted data. We propose an efficient method to securely search a matching position with the query data and extra...
متن کاملSecure Cloud Computing through Homomorphic Encryption
Go to the cloud, has always been the dream of man. Cloud Computing offers a number of benefits and services to its customers who pay the use of hardware and software resources (servers hosted in data centers, applications, software...) on demand which they can access via internet without the need of expensive computers or a large storage system capacity and without paying any equipment maintena...
متن کاملA homomorphic encryption - based secure electronic voting scheme
In this paper we propose a homomorphic encryption-based secure electronic voting scheme that is based on [5]. It guarantees eligibility, unreusability, privacy, verifiability and also receipt-freeness and uncoercibility. The scheme can be implemented in a practical environment, since it does not use voting booth or untappable channel, only anonymous channels are applied.
متن کاملTowards Secure the Multi-Cloud using Homomorphic Encryption Scheme
Cloud computing is a model to acces shared pool of configurable computing resources which include servers, storage, applications, and also services to network effort or service interaction provider . This cloud model promotes availability and is composed of five essential fetures, in that service models are three, and four are deployment models. However, as the shape of the cloud computing is e...

Recent studies demonstrate that effective healthcare can benefit from using the human genomic information. For instance, analysis of tumor genomes has revealed 140 genes whose mutations contribute to cancer 1. As a result, many institutions are using statistical analysis of genomic data, which are mostly based on genome-wide association studies (GWAS). GWAS analyze genome sequence variations in...
